At Atrium Stained Glass, each piece is carefully handcrafted and packaged to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully. We currently ship to the United Kingdom, European Union, and the United States.

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. During busy periods or holidays, processing may take slightly longer, but we always do our best to ship as quickly as possible.

Shipping Rates and Methods:
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the size or weight of your order.
We partner with trusted carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery.

- United Kingdom: 3–5 business days after dispatch

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Return:
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging.
- Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or fault on our part.
